It is a simple, interactive and engaging self service, online training tool for frontline staff which gives them destination knowledge and tools to improve the customer welcome and experience for visitors to Edinburgh. It covers all the key aspects of the Edinburgh visitor experience, including:

• Food & drink;
• Festivals & events;
• Visitor attractions and tours;
• Getting around the city;
• Shopping.

How much does it cost?

It is great value at only £6.50 per person normally. However, the fee has been waived during the 2020 lockdown.

How long does it take?

Approximately 1 hour.

How do I sign up?

Signing up is very easy, just select and complete the appropriate registration page and payment.  You will then receive confirmation and log in details directly from FLOW.
