What is the potential return on investment for the tourism sector from the use of social and digital media technologies? How can the rise in use of virtual and augmented reality enhance experiences and present new business opportunities?
This session will highlight how the Scottish Tourism industry can better use social and digital media to improve visitor experience, pre, during and post visit generating additional income.
Theofilos Tzanidis is a Lecturer in Digital Marketing working within the School of Business and Enterprise at UWS. Theo has worked in industry extensively across all elements of the marketing mix, managing both online and offline projects in excess of £200k. Most recently Theo has completed training with Google to achieve Google IQ, Google AdWords and AdSense, and Google Suite certificates. Theo is now a Google Certified Teacher.
