This year our key themes include the use and impact of video, mapping the customer journey and interactive mapping. You can see some of the latest technologies developed in Scotland in our Shine the Light session and this year we are Shining the Light on Tourism business too, showcasing Edinburgh tourism businesses who are making an impact using digital technology!
