Masterchef the Professionals Dinner

On Thursday 9th March, The Radisson Blu Hotel in Edinburgh will be hosting a very special dinner in aid of HIT Scotland’s China Challenge. Gary Maclean, winner of Masterchef the Professionals 2016, will be taking over the hotel’s kitchen to produce a mouthwatering 5 course tasting menu which will be complemented with specially selected wines.
All the money raised on the evening will go to HIT’s China Challenge which will support the fundraising of over 25 hospitality professionals who are walking the Great Wall of China in May. 2018 is the Year of Young People and the group are “HITting the Wall” for a very special project. Our aim is that every penny raised will go towards offering up to 218 emerging talent scholarships to the next generation of our fantastic industry!
