EventScotland Update & Crowdfunding Workshop

EventScotland is pleased to host an insightful Crowdfunding Workshop with Kaye Symington, co-founder of digital marketing consultancy, Paved With Gold, and an accredited Global Expert for crowdfunding platform, Kickstarter. 

Kaye is passionate about working with brands to deliver inspiring campaigns, which engage the audience and build loyal communities. The team at Paved With Gold have successfully delivered many international crowdfunding campaigns, raising over $1 million dollars of capital for different product and service campaigns. During the workshop, Kaye will explore the crowdfunding opportunity for events and share her practical experience of some of the pitfalls and best practice surrounding this increasingly popular funding approach.

The second part of the workshop will provide attendees with an update from senior EventScotland representatives regarding future funding opportunities and initiatives, including Scotland’s forthcoming Year Of Coast & Waters (2020).
