There is a wide range of free measurement tools that help you understand: how many men versus women like your Facebook page; where geographically do they come from; how long do people spend on your web-site and what is the most popular page; why don’t they book or buy on-line; how many retweets do my twitter posts receive? 

During this session we will demonstrate a range of free analytical tools to help you understand if your social and digital marketing is a) working and b) is it bringing you business?

Tools that will be demonstrated include Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Insights and Twitonomy
