Today’s presenter is Simon Duke of Innovation Digital, a leading digital agency in Scotland with a wide range of clients including British Airways, RBS and Tunnocks.

What colour and font size will encourage people to look and book on your website or your menu etc?  

Persuasive design is a fascinating study, combining human psychology with online marketing and website usability. Simon will explain the key principles of persuasive design, take you through a variety of examples and answer your questions in relation to your frustrations with return in investment from digital activity.
