To allow you to learn more, ETAG have invited Alex Cole from Peekabu Studios to bring us up to speed on the differences between Augmented and Virtual Reality and how these can boost Tourism in Scotland. Your speakers: Alex Cole is the founder and CEO of Peekabu Studios,  an Edinburgh-based technology company building innovative iteration through computer vision and object recognition. Peekabu’s client list includes the BBC, Channel 4, Samsung, and shortly Google as well. Alex holds an MSc in Design & Digital Media from Edinburgh University, edited the Tech section of The Skinny Magazine, has won three Technology Strategy Board awards, a Royal Society of Edinburgh Scottish Enterprise Fellowship, and a frequent contributor to BBC Scotland’s Culture Cafe radio show. Originally from the US, then Canada, Alex currently resides in Edinburgh.
