Come along to ensure your Social Media and Digital activities are part of a carefully thought out marketing plan which is tailored to target the customers you want, and where you can match and measure your return on investment.
The 2 x half-day workshops will support you in the development of a social and digital media-marketing plan.
Working in a small group with a tutor using pre-prepared templates you will:
- Learn how social and digital media work in satisfying customer’s need
- Build the business case for using social media
- Identify customer groups
- Identify your brand personality
- Learn search engine optimisation techniques
- Learn how to monitor and measure social and digital success
You will also receive a 12-month marketing calendar and performance measurement template for use after the workshop.
