Our Edinburgh is a quick and low cost destination knowledge tool for your frontline staff to help them create an outstanding visitor experience. The module helps staff to have the confidence and knowledge to give a clear and informed answer when a tourist asks about what there is to see in Edinburgh, what festivals are coming up or the history of part of the city. It only takes an hour online and only costs £6.50 – so it is very affordable and easy for staff to access and complete. It is designed to improve your visitors experience both in individual businesses but also throughout the city.
The module has been endorsed by VisitScotland, Marketing Edinburgh and the Edinburgh Hotels Association. It has been designed by FLOW, the Edinburgh based, award winning training organisation, in partnership with industry leaders and ETAG. The content has been generated by many of the leading organisations and experts in the Edinburgh tourism sector including Festivals Edinburgh, the Edinburgh World Heritage Trust, the City of Literature Trust, Marketing Edinburgh and VisitScotland.
