The growth of food tourism is a worldwide trend and the last 10 years has seen a real revolution in the Edinburgh food & drink offer. From Michelin-starred restaurants to neighborhood bistros, street food from around the world to local farmers markets – the city has seen massive growth in the quality and range of its food & drink offer, supported by the growing recognition that Scotland has a truly world class natural larder.
