This collaborative knowledge exchange session will bring together tourism, hospitality and event professionals to share real-world solutions and learnings in the area of Fair Work.
This session will be facilitated by Kat Brogan, Managing Director of BCorp Mercat Tours, and joining Kat will be Phoebe Askham, Sales & Events Manager at Flight Club Edinburgh and Angela Dineen, Operations Director, The Scotch Whisky Experience.
We will explore the 5 dimensions of Fair Work (1.Effective Voice, 2.Opportunity, 3.Security, 4.Fulfilment, 5.Respect) and the benefits of becoming a Fair Work employer.
Each speaker will share their business’s learnings of applying the Fair Work dimensions to their daily operations.
