  • This event has passed.
As part of ETAG’s 25th Anniversary celebrations, we launched the inaugural Edinburgh Tourism Industry Volunteering event, which we plan to run annually.
On Thursday 9 October 2025, the ETAG team and colleagues from across Edinburgh’s tourism & hospitality sector rolled up their sleeves to take part in a group volunteering session with the The Water of Leith Conservation Trust.
Our collective task for the morning was to carry out practical hands-on tasks (sweeping leaves, litter picking, trimming vegetation etc.) to enhance and improve the bottom end of the river at Coalie Park, which this year has seen a major redevelopment into a renewed community space for all.
Thank you to all who joined us to support the meaningful work of The Water of Leith Conservation Trust, to keep this important walkway clean and clear, for residents and visitors to continue enjoying.
