Edinburgh’s China Ready Initiative was launched in November 2015 by Edinburgh Tourism Action Group (ETAG), aiming to increase the volume and value of Chinese visitors through industry training and familiarisation and joint marketing activities and promotions.

The Confucius Institute for Scotland

National centre promoting educational, economic, and cultural ties between Scotland and China. Part of the University of Edinburgh, the award winning Institute provides a range of services and an extensive cultural and language programme.
