Unpack China, a brand-new online training toolkit was launched at the annual ETAG Conference on Thursday 31 March 2022.
Aiming to assist Scottish tourism recovery from the inbound Chinese visitor market once international travel opens up again, Unpack China is a series of short films and resources, available online and for free, which will help Scotland’s tourism and hospitality providers understand and anticipate the needs and expectations of visitors from China.
Unpack China is brought to you by ETAG’s China Ready Initiative in partnership with the Confucius Institute for Scotland in the University of Edinburgh, with support from Scottish Enterprise and VisitScotland.
