As part of a project initiated by DLP (Destination Leaders Programme), a small group of experienced tourism professionals have spent the last month looking at how different technologies can help visitor attractions and experiences in Scotland adapt and diversify in a post-COVID-19 world.
The result of this research is an interactive toolkit, designed to give attractions and experiences inspiration and ideas, as well as recommendations and solutions.
The toolkit has been created on a voluntary basis, by people in the industry, for the industry.
In addition to case studies to inspire you from across the world, the team have also compiled short, medium- and long-term solutions for attractions and experiences, to suit different budgets. It covers anything from online ticketing and social distancing, to moving content online and creating your own podcast.

Well done to the DLP alumni Karin, Jemma and Thayanne who created this resource.
