Marking the one year anniversary of the first direct air route between Scotland and China, 150 representatives of Scotland’s tourism industry gathered in Edinburgh to hear how businesses can make the most of the huge growth in Chinese tourism.
The Scotland China Ready Conference was organised by the Edinburgh Tourism Action Group (ETAG) and supported by Global Blue, the Scottish Confucius Institute for Business and Communication and Scottish Enterprise.
It brought together delegates from as far afield as Shetland and Gretna and great range of speakers shared their knowledge, expertise and practical tips to help business who are looking to make the most of the rapidly growing and evolving Chinese visitor market.
