What do the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo, Jupiter Artland, the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh, Scottish Ballet and Timespan in Helmsdale have in common? They have all linked up with Scottish universities to enhance their visitor experience and grow their markets. The perfect partners to blend innovative ideas, technology and expertise were brought together by Interface.

Interface make it easy for all types and sizes of business to gain access to all 23 university and research institutions across Scotland. 83% of the company’s Interface match made recorded reduced operating costs, increased productivity, profits, exports, turnover and new or safeguarded jobs.

Charlotte Gross of Scottish Ballet highlighted the difference our free and impartial service made: ‘It opened the door for us to work with colleagues in higher education, which has in turn enabled us to make use of the latest digital innovations and reach and engage with new audiences.’

My role concentrates on groups of businesses within the Scottish tourism sector. In Edinburgh you have a strong tourism community supported by ETAG. Together we can spot where academic expertise can add value to your plans and initiatives.
